Luncheon with Kim White from River City Company. Kim will share what exactly is happening to downtown and how it is being transformed into the place where you and all of your friends will want to live, work and play.
Kim is the CEO and President of River City Company. River City was created in 1986 to turn downtown into “the place to be”. Since its creation, River City played the lead role in the creation of Tennessee Riverpark Master Plan, Chattanooga’s 20-year, 22-mile blueprint for riverfront and downtown development. And now, they’re at it again making big things happen for our generation. Share what you think should happen downtown and where you’d like to see it in 10 years.
