Star Spangled Family Picnic

Saturday July 3 starting at 5:30 p.m. (Tickets on sale now). This year the Chattanooga Theatre Centre is combining the Ice Cream Social and the Star Spangled Supper into one big family fun event on Saturday, July 3.

Admission is $40 for adults (over 12) and $10 for Children (12 and under). Adult admission includes: Free Parking, Dinner and drinks in our air conditioned lobby, delicious BBQ chicken and pork, with beans, cole slaw (two different kinds), potato salad, rolls and cornbread (from Sugar’s Ribs), ice cream (from Clumpies) and cupcakes (from Belle’s Cupcakes). Adult admission also includes two drink tickets for wine and beer (after that wine is $4 a glass and beer is $3). Children get hot dogs with all the fixins, plus soft drinks, chips, ice cream and cupcakes. All admissions include air conditioned main lobby along the Tennessee River and the best seats in the house for the Fourth of July fireworks display.

Enjoy the Chattanooga Symphony’s Pops Concert in Coolidge Park starting at 7:30 and the finale fireworks display at 9:30. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, June 15. Also included is a fun picnic basket auction with all kinds of great restaurant and fun certificates (more details to follow on that auction in next week’s eNews and in the weeks leading up to July 3).
