Chattanooga Has Fun 2.5

The Memorial Westside Health Center, along with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, will hold a Back to School Rodeo on Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Memorial Westside Health Center, 1200 Grove Street, will provide full physicals and immunizations to help children get ready for school.

There also will be a number of prizes and giveaways to include backpacks, school supplies, Wal-Mart gift cards and much more. There will be face-painting, snacks and games for the children.

The Memorial Westside Health Center offers a wide range of health services for the entire family. As part of Memorial’s commitment to help people improve their overall health – mental, physical and spiritual – the Center emphasizes preventative care, education and early detection.

Some services the Center offers includes primary health care, well-woman exams, school and sports physicals, pediatric and adult physicals, lab services, newborn and well-baby checks, immunizations, screening patient education and diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, among others.
