I have never been a BBQ eater. Never really cared for it until I found this restaurant. I have never tasted BBQ like this. The flavor is to die for and it is fall off the bone tender. I have visited there several times and have never had a bad experience. The service is the best. I would want this staff if I had my own restaurant. Not only is the BBQ delicious, the side items and desserts are wonderful. My plate is always stacked high and I have never left hungry. I highly recommend HillbillyWilly”s, even if you do not think you like BBQ. I sure am glad I did.

I was on my way to Nashville & saw the sign on the interstate, loved the name, hillbillywillys, that’s perfect for the south, we had to try it and you are right on, this bbq was real, we met the owner & he explains how he does all his smokin on the smoker out back, all the recipies are secret, they don’t give them out and after eating the potato salad & cole slaw I can see why, he even jars his own sauce. this is one of our favorites, don’t leave without trying the homemade derby pie
