Our fish selections are all from sustainable varieties so that we do not contribute to overfishing of any species. We will never serve chilean sea bass, wild blue fin tuna, swordfish, grouper or shark in support of Natural Resources Defense Council and SeaWeb’s educational effort to speed the recovery of these endangered species.
